    Yes, ATMs can only be accessed by Connection personnel or security services personnel hired by Connection to provide machine maintenance. All ATM servicing and deposit review is conducted by two individuals to ensure the accuracy of your deposits.
  • 5. Why don't all ATMs accept deposits? Public

    ATMs that accept deposits are considerably more expensive to purchase and maintain than those which simply dispense cash. ATMs that accept deposits must be emptied daily to ensure that the deposits are credited in a timely manner. Cash dispensing machines do not need to be serviced daily and therefore require much lower operating costs than the depository machines. ATMs that accept deposits are selectively placed at locations based on branch proximity and membership concentration.

    Connection has established a Member service center to provide telephone assistance as quickly as possible. The centralized Member service center, help us to avoid phone interruptions when we are assisting you at a branch. When you wish to reach us by phone, you are ensured that the next available representative will assist you. If you have a need to speak with a specific representative at a branch, the Member service center staff can connect you.
